Hello, this goes to all and any people that feel the same way. I do about all these catering trucks that are popping up everywhere. For the past few years all establishments, whome serve food or the basics for food distribution. Have been evaluated by us the people of bakersfield and agents of the food industry/ health department. This is Bakersfield, California. Not Mexico, not or downtown T.J. Why is it all of these food/catering trucks seem to be at almost every street-corner around town. Am I, the only one that feels this way,. I would hope not. It is time to put a stop to all of these street hopping trucks/food setting places around town. My main question is how and where did these people get a license or permit to do this sort of thing. I see no means of these people washing their hands. Or using any kind of hand sanitizer. How do we know if the utensils these people are using have been washed and sanitized. Maybe it is time to send the right people out to all of these locations around the city of Bakersfield. And take the appropriate action on the these people. We have already done this with all of the darn flower selling people. It is now time to set another example on these people with these food/catering trucks.
Not to mention if you are at the right garage/automotive shop around town. Yes, you will see either a old van of some kind or even a car. With, yes someone selling food out of the trunk. To me this is illegal, and improper. Again this Bakersfield, California not mexico, t.j or where ever else these people are from. I do hope the right people catch wind of this and start doing something about these people.
