Bakersfield City knew of danger on Luciano where child was hit by car on Monday
I KNOW that Bakersfield City had been warned about the DANGERS on Luciano of our children crossing the street and cars speeding by because my husband called and left a message that said something to the effect of what was it going to take to get stop signs there, a child getting hit?! Bakersfield City then came out and put those traffic measures out last spring and nothing came of it. Now, a child got hit amd Thank you GOD she was only scraped and bruised, but Bakersfield City NOW sets up bright green crossing signs showing a parent and child crossing on them. Will THAT stop the speeders on Luciano?
