My goodness how time flies!  It seemed like yesterday I joined Total Woman's Volkslauf training.  It was middle of August when I started this new journey towards what seemed like the impossible!  It all started with a phone call from a close friend begging me to join.  I kept telling her there was no way I would be able to do the training I am just not made for stuff like that.  In the back of my mind I knew this would be something great for me so after a few more phone calls from her I was in.  Low and behold  I have been in for a treat every night.  I cannot believe that I have only missed one class.  Every night I am so pumped up to see everyone there and I love to see everyone's progress including my own.  Our trainer keeps us highly motivated and never are we bored.  I am so jazzed that i decided to take on this challenge  there are three more weeks left and then it is D-day!  Leigh our trainer has told me to think positively and that is exactly what I will be doing!
