One of these things just doesn't belong here.....Sesame Street Memory

"One of these things just doesn't belong here"....I remember listening to the Sesame Street song in the mornings before going to elementary school.  I honestly can say that this "one of these things just doesn't belong here" song developed a type of discernment in me that allowed me to see "outside the box".  The song was in my head when circumstances just "didn't seem right".  Children know instinclively right from wrong and I know for certain that "one of these things just doesn't belong here" instilled in me a sense of hmmmm.....that when one sees a snake, then it's a snake?

Anyway, I would be honored to take our daughter to the Sesame Street performance and sing along to some good old fashioned Sesame Street tunes.

Sincerely,

Tracy Simpson

I love that song! Whenever I think of Sesame Street I think of that song. Well and the "Sunny days..." theme song.
