I for one think the food is great. I also know for a fact that the beef ribs never have or never will be boiled. If Pete Tittl had spent more time reading the menu rather than carrying on about the old BBQ Factory which closed because of bad food and lousy service. He would have learned that Beef Ribs, Tri Tip and Chicken are all grilled on a open flame and not smoked. I spoke with the owners and was informed that all meats are seasoned with seasonings not salt, That is why they have salt shakers on the table. What about the delicious Pork Ribs,Steaks,Deep Pit , Seafood and Pochos that are off the hook. I also think the service is great and I don't understand what Pete Tittl's problem .with the office sign was, that has nothing to do with the great food and service. And speaking of the reviewers 7 deadly sins I belive the commandment "thou shalt not bear false witness" sufficiantly describes his review.
