                <description>Health is so important! My problem is developing an active lifestyle. Too often my muscles and circulation feel stagnant.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I&#039;ve heard really good things about mangosteen, but haven&#039;t tried it myself. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A basic daily dietary yardstick that I learned from my sister: eat three fruits; eat whole-grain products; and drink two liters of water. Fitting in these three things makes a world of difference! &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In my sandwiches I use spinach instead of iceberg lettuce because it adds body, texture and plenty of necessary nutrients.&lt;br /&gt;</description>
