This is not the 1st. time or 2nd or even the 3rd, but the 4th time Daniel Espinoza was caught excessive speeding. [ that I know of ]
On March 5,2006. Daniel"Danny"Espinoza of Ventura, CA. Killed Dorothy Anne Walter, he was going 100 miles an hour.
There is No justice.
