Ok, here's the catch: My friend is also a cluttter collector. There are papers everywhere, old pencils, pieces of plastic that may or may not belong to something else, rubber bands, scraps, etc. It's the piles of paper that seem to overtake the house. So, in cases such as hers, how can you do an interior redesign if there's clutter? It's clean, a little dusty, but just clutter everywhere.
