I was thinking about this... and is adoption not something she is comfortable with? Adoption is a blessing to both the adopted child and the people lucky enough to get the child. Your daughter is so young--adoption could be the answer. I was blessed to have been adopted. As an adult, I learned that my situation, too, was the result of a teen pregnancy. I was eventually able to find my birth mother and thank her for the courageous thing she did in giving me a home with a family who had been praying for me. I am so lucky, my parents feel blessed, and I had a tremendous chidhood. My parents couldn't have loved me more.
If you're looking for a positive experience in adoption, I think most traditional adoptions turn out like mine... because the families are usually financially and emotionally ready for a baby--they just can't have one the usual way.
