HOUSTON -- A shifting political landscape in Washington is packing gun shows, including the one in Houston at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

Over 10,000 people showed up on Saturday, and just as many turned out on Sunday.
"I believe people are in fear of not being able to purchase firearms in the future. They believe that a Democratic president and legislature will outlaw guns," said Todd Bean from the High Caliber Gun & Knife Show.
President-elect Barack Obama has publicly supported the rights of Americans to bear arms with what he calls "reasonable" restrictions.
