In my opinion, you should tell us the name of the repair shop. These shops survive on word-of-mouth. So do pool builders and a host of other locally-owned companies.
Whether kudos or complaints, as a community we need to hold companies accountable OR congratulate them on their customer service and support the companies that do the best work.
This just gave me a great idea for my next blog.
