Health is so important! My problem is developing an active lifestyle. Too often my muscles and circulation feel stagnant.
I've heard really good things about mangosteen, but haven't tried it myself.
A basic daily dietary yardstick that I learned from my sister: eat three fruits; eat whole-grain products; and drink two liters of water. Fitting in these three things makes a world of difference!
In my sandwiches I use spinach instead of iceberg lettuce because it adds body, texture and plenty of necessary nutrients.
