I put flowers on my mom’s grave every week; Friday December 12, would have been her birthday. Our lives will never be the same without her; Dorothy Anne Walter will never be forgotten. All who know her and loved her, will miss her forever.

"Dorothy Anne Walter" was a wonderful person she enjoyed life, family and friends she was my best friend and I am lost without her. There hasn't been a minute of the day or night that I haven't been thinking about her and how much we are all missing out on without her.
My mom "Dorothy" will never see any of her ten grandchildren get married; she will never hold a first great grandchild. Her life was taken from her and she was taken from us.

Dorothy Anne Walter was Killed, Sunday March 5, 2006,  by the  26 year old man  Danny Espinoza of  Ventura, California who was street racing on a city street in Bakersfield, California.

Street Racers KILL Innocent People

  I am here to be a voice for my best friend "Dorothy Anne Walter".

I drive past where my mom Dorothy Anne Walter was killer every day.  The loss and devastation that we are forced to live with each day doesn't get any better.

Danny   Espinoza   has total disregard for the law, life and safety of others, every time he got in his car to drive he was breaking the law, driving without insurance.

This is not the 1st. Time, or 2nd or even the 3rd, but the 4th time he was caught excessive speeding ,this time it was over 100 miles an hour on a city street, at  night, with his headlights turned  off as he was street racing two other cars and he killed my mom "Dorothy   Anne   Walter."

 He is worse than a drunk driver, because he know exactly what he was doing, breaking the law, and did it anyway, he didn't care. When he took off from the light at Buna Vista, with his head lights turned off, in the dark, street racing two other cars, he was breaking the law again, his car  became a weapon, and he used that weapon  to kill  Dorothy Anne Walter.

He has never taken any responsible for what he did, killing an innocent person. Every time he was in court over the past 2 ½ years with his family and friends by his side, they would all express anger, and give hateful glares at the victims’ family. It got so bad that the bailiffs asked the victims’ family, if they needed a police escort out of the court house, because of the behavior of the killers family and friends; the bailiffs feared for our safety from the killers’ family and friends 

This was all because 26 year old Daniel "Danny” Espinoza, wanted to street race two other cars.

It's hard to put in to words the senseless killing of my mom; the innocent victim of street racers.
