My high school hosted a prom on May 9, 2008 at the Bakersfield Raquet Club banquet facilities. Music played as my friends and I danced the night away. Candelit tables near the pool gave the evening a somewhat magical and ethereal aura. My friends and I had a wonderful time and this was truly a night that none of us will ever forget.
