Bakersfield Millennium Girls U11 Soccer Team
The event was held Jan. 22 and 23 at the Hart Park Soccer Complex. This is a great accomplishment, considering the teams they played were U12.
Not one goal was scored against the Millennium Girls over the weekend. The first game against the Bakersfield Gunners blue was scoreless. They defeated the Bakersfield Fury 2-0, and tied the Bakersfield Gunners black 0-0.
The team is coached by Richard Ussery and Ryan Valencia. The players are Morgan Self, Emily Smith, Katherine Shue, Alyssa Shannon, Tavia Rutherford, Hallie Rogers, Kristen Reynier, Fallon Keller, Lexi Keeter, Michelle Jimenez, Allison Holmes, Monica Diaz, Katie Delmarter, Sarah Cegielski and Kira Caldwell.
